We are looking for freshers with excellent English communication skills.

Process 1: International Non Voice

Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication. Qualification: Any UG qualification (students from 2020-2026). Immediate joiners only. US shift timings. Cab will be provided depending on shift timings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with international clients over phone calls.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts as required by the business needs.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Process 2: Airtel E‑Mail Chat Support Semi Voice Process (60% Non‑Voice / 40% Voice)

Location: Karapakkam TECCI site. Immediate joining. Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

Skills required:

• Good in English with Hindi or any regional language.
• Salary: Net take home 14,100.
• Freshers/minimum 1 year experience in any domain can be considered.
• Shift: General day shift and rotational week-off.
• Location: Chennai Karapakkam (TECCI).
