Role Description

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Sales and upselling abilities, with experience in meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or contact center tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle high-volume interactions.
