Job summary

• Provide regular sales status reports for sales staff and supervisors’ reference.
• Assist sales staff with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
• Assist sales staff in organizing customer data, including basic company information, transaction records, and issue handling status.

The CSR Assistant will support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and assisting with order processing and documentation. Work Schedule

• 3 days in office, 2 days work from home. Candidate must be located in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities
