Shubham Housing Development Finance is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle queries and service requests related to home loan accounts. You will ensure timely resolution while maintaining clear records of interactions.

The role involves guiding customers on EMI details, loan statements, and schedules, with coordination across Operations, Collections, Credit, and Finance teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through branch walk-ins, calls, and emails.
• Assist customers with EMI details, loan statements, repayment schedules, certificates, and other servicing requests.
• Register and track customer requests and complaints until closure.
• Coordinate with Operations, Collections, Credit, Finance, and other internal teams for resolution.
• Follow up on pending requests and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Escalate unresolved customer concerns wherever required.
• Ensure adherence to defined customer service processes and internal policies.
