• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service – Ocean Freight.
• Experience in the freight forwarding industry is essential.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight import/export processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination and customer-handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and email communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
