Job summary

Purechase India is seeking an experienced professional to manage customer relationships, oversee order management and shipment tracking, and coordinate warehousing, transportation, and FTZ operations.

You will resolve customer issues, ensure documentation compliance, and prepare MIS/SLA reports while driving continuous service improvements. The role requires 10–15 years in related fields and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10–15 yrs in Customer Service/Client Servicing/KAM.
• Experience in Chemical Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of FTZ, Customs, ERP and strong stakeholder management.
