Job summary

CMA CGM India is hiring for a Shipping Operations Assistant in the Navi Mumbai/Thane region. You will prepare and send Draft Bills of Lading, ensure customer requirements align with SOPs, and maintain accuracy to defined turnaround times, including night shifts.

Ideal candidates hold any graduate with 0–2 years of experience; freshers may apply. Strong typing, MS Office skills, good geographical knowledge, and attention to detail are essential.

• Graduate with 0–2 years’ experience in shipping/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send Draft Bills of Lading based on shipping instructions.
• Ensure customer requirements align with SOPs, reference guides, and country regulations.
• Maintain accuracy and turnaround time as per defined standards.
• Escalate job-related issues to the Supervisor when required.
• Raise only genuine queries to the Front Office.
• Aim to achieve individual and team targets.
