Job summary

hiwaga beauty salon in Hyderabad invites energetic, confident and result-oriented Call Centre Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team. You will handle customer calls, generate leads, explain our services and convert enquiries into appointments and business.

Key responsibilities include outbound calls, handling inquiries, promoting offers, following up via WhatsApp, maintaining records, and achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates with any qualification and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of English, Tamil and Kannada will be an advantage.
