Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking a candidate to assist the Supervisor/Manager in loan disbursement with low delinquency. The role involves identifying customers for potential business, collecting and validating documents, logging cases in the system, and following SOPs for disbursement.

You will help achieve sanction ratios, meet customer requirements, and cross-sell products under supervision, while empaneling new vendors and maintaining RBI-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Under Undergraduate/ Graduate in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business with guidance from Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect documents from Customers and validate as per organization norms.
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement and cross-sell multiple products under guidance.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them; ensure compliance to Audit / RBI regulations.
