You will work under the supervision of a Supervisor/Manager to identify potential customers and gather required documents, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and RBI regulations.

• Assist in loan disbursement under supervision/management guidance.

Responsabilités

• Assist in disbursement of loans with aim of low delinquency.
• Identify potential customers for business growth with supervisor/manager guidance.
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms.
• Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervision.
• Empanel new vendors with supervisor/manager guidance and develop relationships.
• Ensure compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations with supervisor/manager guidance.

• Under Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
• Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager
• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement
• Fulfil
• the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
