Job summary

Tata Capital is hiring in Satna, India to assist with loan disbursement under supervision. You will help identify customers for potential business, collect and validate documents, and log cases in the system following SOPs.

You will also support meeting sanction ratios and cross-selling products under guidance, and help empanel new vendors while ensuring RBI compliance. Role requires willingness to work under supervision, with focus on accurate documentation and adherence to organizational norms

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business with guidance from Supervisor/Manager
• Collect and validate customer documents as per organization norms
• Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process
• Meet the sanction ratio as per organisation requirement and cross-sell multiple products under supervision
• Empanel new vendors and develop relationships; ensure compliance with Audit/RBI regulations

• Under Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager - With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business - Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms - Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement - Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them - With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
