Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking a candidate to identify customers for potential business and collect documents for validation, under the guidance of a supervisor. You will log cases in the system as per SOP and assist with the disbursement process, while ensuring the sanctioned ratio meets organisational requirements.

The role involves meeting customer needs, cross-selling multiple products under supervision, and helping empanel new vendors while maintaining adherence to Audit and RBI regulations.

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
