Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Delhi is hiring Customer Service Executives to engage with global customers and ensure a seamless experience. The role involves handling international clients and promoting satisfaction.

You will engage via calls, emails, and chats; explain products; maintain follow-ups; and handle objections to build long-term relationships. Night shifts and 5-day weeks are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Undergrad/Graduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Basic computer knowledge.
