Role & responsibilities

• Candidates must have excellent communication skills and ability to work 24*7 shifts,
• Handle calls from Customers over the globe US/UK/UAE/ etc and resolve their queries and concerns.
• Candidates with good presence of mind and strong verbal communication are preferred
• Candidates with basic Technical knowledge can apply for Semi Technical process

Preferred candidate profile

• Undergraduate / Graduate Freshers / Experienced candidates with excellent communication skills may apply,

• Salary 19-33k in hand, Decent hike on last drawn salary depending on rounds of interviews
• Lucrative Incentives plus monthly variable of 2500 - 3500
• 5 days working 2 rotational week off
• Rotational shifts with both side cabs
