Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is seeking a graduate with fresh or up to 1 year of lending/financial services experience to support branch operations and customer acquisition. You will promote products, maintain branch productivity, and manage day-to-day transactions while building long-term client relationships.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, marketing promotions, and upholding data integrity to enhance financial well-being for customers.

• Maintain all data and records related to daily transactions
• Retain customers, by working towards achieving the higher purpose to transform the life of the common man by improving their financial well being
