Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Graduate with fresh or up to 1 year of experience in lending or financial services to join our branches in Tamil Nadu. You will support branch operations, ensure process discipline, and promote our products to customers.

You will maintain records, handle daily transactions, and contribute to improving customers' financial well-being through effective cross-selling and upselling, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate with interest in lending or financial services.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in lending/financial services.
• Strong communication in local language and English.
