Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Branch Sales/Relationship Executive in Sardulgarh, Punjab to support lending and financial services at our local branch. The role focuses on process adherence, customer engagement, and driving revenue through cross-sell opportunities.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of lending/financial services experience are welcome. You will promote products, assist in marketing initiatives, handle daily transactions, and maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with lending or financial services processes preferred.
• Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language and English.
