Job summary

Corita Consultants in Pune is seeking a customer support executive to identify, handle and resolve queries while maintaining quality. You will document transactions and coordinate follow-ups with other teams, completing forms and logs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of BPO experience and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid computer proficiency. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in domestic/international BPO.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns while maintaining expected quality.
• Documenting / Recording transactions and the necessary follow-up requests with other functions by completing forms and record logs.
