Job summary

Corita Consultants in Jaipur is seeking a helpdesk/BSPO associate to handle customer queries and ensure resolution with quality. You will also document transactions and coordinate follow-ups across teams by filling forms and maintaining logs.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant BPO experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and solid computer basics. On-site role with attendance bonuses and variable pay options.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in domestic/international BPO.

• Proficient with computers and basic software tools.
