Job summary

Zoho is seeking customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives in Delhi. You will assist passengers throughout their airport journey, provide flight information, handle check-in processes, and support smooth movement by coordinating with airline teams.

Freshers are welcome, with a preference for experience in airport, aviation, hospitality, or customer service. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

• Assist passengers with check-in formalities, boarding passes, baggage procedures, and gate requirements.
• Provide courteous assistance to senior citizens, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.
• Handle passenger queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Resolve routine passenger issues with a service-oriented approach and escalate when required.
• Maintain operational records and complete required documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant airport/airline teams to support smooth passenger movement.
