Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting guests as per duty allocation.
• Interact with guests and brief as required.
• Facilitate arrival/departure transfers and ensure guest comfort.
• Follow prescribed service procedures and enhance guest experience.
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out at the hotel.
• Brief guests on complete tour itinerary when required.
• Reconfirm flight, hotel, vehicle and other details before transfer.
• Enter data in the system and maintain records.

Role & responsibilities

• Meeting & Greeting the guests as per the allocated duty.
• Interaction with Guests and briefing as per the briefing sheet, if required.
• Facilitate all activities involved in the arrival and departure transfer of guests.
• Responsible for strictly following the prescribed procedures (Class by Sita) & making the guest comfortable & their experience memorable.
• Responsible for welcoming & assisting guests in arrival & departure transfer.
• Assist the guest at the time of check in & check out at the hotel.
• Brief the guest about complete tour itinerary (If required).
• Reconfirm the flight, hotel, vehicle & all other details before transfer.
• Entering data in the system and maintaining records, as required.
• Assist the client in all possible ways in consultation with the file handler and branch in-charge.
• Provide clients' feedback to the operation teams.
• Communicate with guide for reporting time etc.
• Communicate with Transporter for reporting time etc.
• If time permits handling the day to day Branch Operation Module to assist the Branch In-charge.
• Market Intelligence. (Competitors Movements / Information and sharing the same with Branch In-charge)

Preferred candidate profile

• The incumbent must have experience in Guest Assistance / Airport Co-ordination or Customer service in the service / hospitality industry.
• Should have strong customer service orientation.
• Should have proficient communication & PR skills.
• All new joiners will be taken through the Class by Sita approach of service delivery and the procedures during Induction itself.
• Applicants from local area will be preferred.
• High energy and willingness to work on extended hours if need be.
