Job summary

Pluga Franklin Electric is seeking an Order Fulfillment Executive to oversee processing, packaging, and shipping of customer orders from our Jaipur-based Sales Branch. You will ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include processing orders in ERP/CRM, invoicing with GST details, e-invoicing, e-way bills, inventory coordination, shipping scheduling, and document preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B-Com / M-Com), Supply Chain Management (BBA / MBA), Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments.

Description

The Order Fulfillment Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the processing, packaging, and shipping of customer orders. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position will be based at our Sales Branch at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Processing: Review and process incoming orders in the system (ERP/CRM), verify customer information, product availability, and shipping requirements.

Invoice Processing in ERP: Prepare, process, and generate customer invoices through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of product details, quantities, pricing, discounts, taxes, customer GST details, and other commercial information. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Distribution teams to resolve any discrepancies before invoice generation.

GST & Tax Compliance: Possess working knowledge of GST provisions applicable to sales transactions, including CGST, SGST, IGST, HSN/SAC codes, GSTIN validation, place of supply, tax rates, and other GST-related requirements. Ensure invoices and supporting commercial documents are prepared in accordance with applicable GST requirements and coordinate with the Finance/Tax team for any GST-related clarifications.

E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill: Support the generation and processing of e-invoices and e-way bills, wherever applicable, and ensure that required information is accurately captured in the ERP/system before dispatch.

Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and order accuracy.

Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate with shipping partners to schedule dispatches, generate shipping labels, and track deliveries.

Documentation: Prepare and manage order-related documents such as invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, and export documentation if applicable.

Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for order-related inquiries and resolve issues related to delays, missing items, or returns.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, distribution, warehouse, and customer service) to identify bottlenecks and improve order fulfillment processes.
