Job summary

HighSpring India LLP in Dadri (Uttar Pradesh) seeks an experienced Customer Service / Account Manager to own and grow key accounts. You will manage relationships with customers, handle calls and emails, and drive renewals and upsells.

The role requires 12 years of experience in Customer Service / Account Management / Calling, with excellent English & Hindi skills. A 6-day, 9-hour shift schedule and collaboration with internal teams are expected for timely issue resolution.
