Job summary

ALS Limited in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will liaise with the sales, purchase and other teams to handle enquiries, follow up holds, prepare resource quotes, and conduct feasibility checks to support timely client responses.

You will ensure that client requests are managed efficiently, participate in training as required, and help notify relevant personnel when equipment or consumables are needed.

• For proposal resource quote follow-up with purchase team.
• Feasibility checking.
• Quote preparation
• Ensure that Client requests are managed in a timely and effective manner.
