Job summary

ALS is seeking a Customer Service Executive - Projects in Bangalore to support end-to-end project management within the Food Testing Laboratory. The role involves preparing trend reports, updating customers, and coordinating sample status from intake to disposal.

You will maintain records, ensure confidentiality and impartiality, and handle invoicing while developing skills in project management and safety training within a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing trend reports of shelf-life projects.
• End-to-end project handling from registration to disposal including stability loading and sample pull out.
• Updating customers on project status and addressing complaints.
• Maintaining records, data, prep sheets, and worksheets related to projects.
• Ensuring impartiality and confidentiality in ALS activities.
• Handling ALIMS and invoicing.
• Updating departments for incoming and release of samples.
• Acquire training in project management and planning to lead multiple activities with quality focus.
• Complete safety training.

Laboratory Testing / Operations / Reporting Results: -

Preparing trend reports of shelf-life projects

Handling projects from registration till disposal including assisting stability loading and pull out of samples (end to end).

Updating customer on the project status and handling complaints if any

Maintain all the records, data, prep sheets, work sheets related to projects.

Maintain impartiality and confidentiality in activities carried out at ALS.

Handling Alims, invoicing

Updating departments for incoming and release of samples

Acquire training in project management, planning, with the capability to lead multiple activities while maintaining a focus on quality.

Acquire the safety training.
