• Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers.
• Doing calibration, QC check, delivery, installation and demo for our products.
• Participating in ongoing training to keep up to date with the latest developments in electrical engineering.
• Providing clear customer feedback.

Service engineers lead maintenance projects relating to power supplies, electrical equipment and machinery. These might be our company products that need servicing, and the work is often offsite or in client places.
