Job summary

Kaabil in Mysuru is looking for staff to uphold food safety standards and provide excellent customer service. Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains food safety standards in the restaurant by following the correct procedures along with health and safety standards.
• Prepare food as per the specifications/build and with accuracy.
• Clean and maintain designated areas as and when required.
• Resolve customer complaints by assisting them/ escalating the issue to on floor manager.
• Greet customers as they enter, be hospitable during their visit, assist them in ordering & service and thank them for business as they leave the restaurant.
• Flexible to work in all restaurant areas including kitchen, service, backroom, lobby, drive thru, Cash counter etc.
• Carry out detail cleaning tasks as and when designated by floor managers.
• Be friendly, respectful and show positive attitude towards your co- workers
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep the restaurant and equipment clean.
• Provide fast and timely service of food to guests following all McDonald’s procedures.
• Always be ready to take feedback positively and work on the opportunities.
• Get trained in all the areas of restaurant in order to provide exceptional QSC&V to the customers.
• Be a part of the department team and drive the department responsibilities on floor as assigned.
