Job summary

FIRSTSOURCE is hiring for an International Blended Process on-site position in Goregaon, Mumbai. The role is for a Customer Service Associate supporting BPO/call center operations with an emphasis on customer communication.

Candidates may be graduates or HSC holders; commerce and arts backgrounds are welcome. The job involves 5 working days with 2 rotational offs and on-site transport access via Western/Central/Harbour lines.

Transport boundary: Western line- Church gate to Virar. Central line- CST to Thane [MAIN CITY]. Harbour line- CST to Vashi.
