Capita in Mumbai is hiring for a UK-based telecom brand. This contractual Customer Service role requires an undergraduate or graduate with 0–6 months international BPO experience. Work is WFO in Vikhroli East with UK rotational shifts from 11:00 to 04:00, with two rotational offs.

You will resolve billing and network-related queries via email, chat, and voice. Excellent communication skills and immediate joining are required.
