Job summary

ACUMEUS SOLUTIONS in Gurugram seeks a Customer Service Associate to be the face of the brand at the IREO Grand Mall store. You will assist customers, process purchases, resolve issues, and uphold service standards while delivering a positive in-store experience.

You will handle product inquiries, operate the POS system, and collaborate with kitchen and inventory teams to fulfill orders, ensuring timely service and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in food retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts.

Responsibilities
