Job summary

NetRTech Solutions LLP in Ahmedabad is seeking a Customer Contact Representative to join the team for a full-time, on-site role. You will deliver high-quality customer support and ensure a positive customer experience across inquiries, issues, and relationships.

The position emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and multitasking while supporting service processes. Night shifts are compensated, meals are provided during shifts, and travel/relocation support is available as needed.
