Job summary

Pagaar India in Mumbai (Goregaon–Malad) is looking for a Customer Service Associate – International Voice (Banking & Cards). The role handles customer queries in a US process, with 9-hour shifts and a rotational schedule. Freshers are not eligible.

You must have 12th pass or graduate, with 1–12 years BPO voice experience, strong English, and a team spirit. You will work to meet SLA/KPI targets, learn process updates, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
