SkillLabs in India is seeking a sales-oriented professional to identify customers for vehicle financing opportunities across dealers, DSAs, and direct channels. You will collect documents, validate them, log cases in the system, and manage the disbursement process under SOPs.

The role includes achieving sanctioned ratios, meeting customer requirements, and cross-selling multiple products with guidance from the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in vehicle financing.
• Candidate must have own vehicle.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Identify customers for vehicle financing opportunities through Dealers, DSA, and Direct channels.
• Collect and validate documents as per organization norms.
• Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.
• Meet sanction ratios as per organization requirements.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervisor guidance.
• Assist in empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Audit/RBI regulations with supervisor support.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify the customers for protentional Business opportunity voa various channels like Dealers, DSA,Direct
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulation

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum qualification graduation required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience into vehicle financing.
• Candidate must his own vehicle.
• Good Communication Skills.
