Job summary

SkillLabs in India is hiring for a vehicle financing associate to identify customers and drive business opportunities through dealers, DSA, and direct channels. You will collect documents, validate them and manage disbursement processes under SOPs.

The role requires graduation, 6 months to 1 year in vehicle financing, and owning a vehicle with strong communication skills. You will work under a supervisor to expand vendor networks and ensure RBI/compliance adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduation.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in vehicle financing.
• Candidate must have his own vehicle.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify the customers for potential business opportunities via various channels like Dealers, DSA, Direct.
• Collect the documents from customers and validate as per the organization norms.
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement.
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross-sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
• With help of Manager/Supervisor, empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships with them.
• With help of Manager/Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit/RBI regulation.
