SkillLabs is seeking a candidate with a background in vehicle financing to identify customers and sources of business through dealers, DSA, and direct channels. You will collect and validate required documents, log cases in the system, and manage disbursement workflows in alignment with SOP.

The role involves meeting customer needs, cross-selling products, and vendor empanelment under supervisor guidance. Ideal candidates have graduation, 6 months to 1 year in vehicle financing, own a vehicle,

• Graduation is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in vehicle financing.
• Candidate must own his/her own vehicle.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customers for potential business opportunities via dealers, DSA, direct channels.
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms.
• Log the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfill the sanction ratio as per organisation requirement.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervisor guidance.
• With manager/supervisor, empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.
• With manager/supervisor, ensure compliance to all audit/RBI regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify the customers for protentional Business opportunity voa various channels like Dealers, DSA,Direct
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulation

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum qualification graduation required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience into vehicle financing.
• Candidate must his own vehicle.
• Good Communication Skills.
