Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking a candidate to work under the guidance of a supervisor to identify customers for potential business, collect documents, validate according to company norms, log cases in the system, and process disbursements.

The role involves achieving sanctioned ratios, meeting customer requirements, cross-selling multiple products under supervision, and assisting in empanelment of new vendors while ensuring compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business under guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms.
• Log the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfill the sanction ratio as per organisation requirement.
• Meet customer requirements & cross-sell multiple products under guidance.
• Empanelment of new vendors with Manager/Supervisor and develop relationships with them.
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations with Manager/Supervisor.

• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
