Job summary

Tata Capital Finance Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive for Two Wheeler Loans in Bengaluru at Krishna Tower. Under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager, you will identify customers for potential business and collect documents.

You will log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement, aim to meet customer requirements, and cross-sell multiple products under supervision. Additionally, with help of Manager/Supervisor, you will empanel new vendors and develop

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business with guidance from Supervisor/Manager
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms
• Log the case in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process
• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under guidance
• With help of Manager/Supervisor, empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager/Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
