Job summary

Corporate Stalwarts in Mumbai is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to drive sales and manage channel relationships in the paints and construction ecosystem. You will engage distributors, retailers, contractors, painters, influencers, and other stakeholders in the assigned territory.

The role requires 5–6+ months of sales experience in related industries, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates aged up to 25–26 years are preferred.
• Proficiency in local language is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–6+ months of sales experience in paints, chemicals, building materials, hardware, or related industry.
• We prefer candidates with channel sales, dealer management, or field sales experience.
• Good communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a field-based role.

Responsibilities
