CSB Bank is seeking a customer relationship professional to build strong relationships with customers and drive banking product sales. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, cross-selling financial products, and collaborating with branch teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CRM experience, strong communication skills, and a graduate degree. Knowledge of CRM software and banking products is preferred to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
