Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers in Kerala. You will deliver responsive service, address inquiries, and resolve issues professionally to foster trust and loyalty.

You will drive banking product sales, cross-sell and upsell services, support branch operations, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals, while leveraging CRM tools to analyze feedback and improve customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.

• Knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Experience with CRM software and technology is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• A graduate degree is required.
