Job summary

CSB Bank in Kerala is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to build strong relationships with existing and new customers, respond to inquiries, and drive sales of banking products. A minimum of one year in CRM or related fields and a graduate degree are required.

You will provide courteous service, support branch operations, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications
