Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking a customer-focused Relationship Officer to strengthen ties with existing clients and attract new ones. You will deliver outstanding service, resolve inquiries promptly, and promote banking products to meet customer needs.

In this role you will support branch operations, coordinate with internal teams, and help improve processes based on customer feedback. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in banking or finance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in related field, preferably banking/finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking products: savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
