Job summary

Raj Packagings, launching a new caps & closures plant at Ecotech-10, Greater Noida, is seeking an MIS/Data specialist to own the plant's numbers. You will handle daily production, dispatch, stock, attendance, and management reports.

Role focuses on building Excel/Sheets trackers, Tally/ERP entries, stock reconciliation, and ensuring data is chased to closure. Ground-floor position offering hands-on setup and significant impact in a new operations unit.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables and data validation.
• 2+ years in MIS, data or reporting role.
• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Extremely organized and proactive chasing information.

Responsibilities

• Daily production, dispatch, inventory and attendance data entry and reporting.
• Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers and dashboards.
• Tally/ERP entries for material receipts, issues and dispatches.
• Reconcile physical stock against system records and investigate differences.
• Follow up with all departments on pending data and documentation.
• Create and maintain SOP formats and checklists.

Salary: 30,000 42,000 per month

Experience: 2 – 6 years

Raj Packagings (brand: Rajpet) runs four PET preform manufacturing plants in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, supplying 500+ FMCG, beverage and edible oil brands across India. We are commissioning a new caps & closures plant at Ecotech-10, Greater Noida with FANUC all-electric machines, and are building the founding team for this unit.

This is a ground-floor role in a new plant. You will set up how things work rather than inherit a system.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You own the plant's numbers. Every production figure, dispatch entry, stock count and attendance record passes through you, and the daily report that goes to management is yours. You also chase every department until pending items actually close.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Daily production, dispatch, inventory and attendance data entry and reporting
• Build and maintain Excel / Google Sheets trackers and dashboards
• Tally / ERP entries for material receipts, issues and dispatches
• Reconcile physical stock against system records and investigate differences

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

GOOD TO HAVE

Salary is indicative. We are open to discussing a higher package for an exceptional candidate.
