We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions across the customer journey - from first walk-in to post-booking support - based out of our Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and follow-ups

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM
