LOHIA JAIN GROUP in Pune is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to manage end-to-end customer journeys, ensure smooth communication, and deliver post-sales service in the Real Estate sector.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in CRM, strong communication, and coordination skills, with preference for candidates having MBA/PG in Marketing or CRM and hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3+ years in CRM or customer relationship management.
• Experience in Real Estate/Construction is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-sales service.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects and other departments for customer-related matters.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.
• Prepare customer-related reports and trackers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and support retention/referral opportunities.

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, ensure smooth communication throughout the customer journey, and provide excellent post-sales service. Candidates with experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-sales service.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects and other departments for customer-related matters.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate documentation, agreements, payments, possession and related formalities.
• Regularly communicate project updates, payment schedules and other important information to customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.
• Conduct customer meetings and maintain professional relationships.
• Prepare customer-related reports, MIS and follow-up trackers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and support retention/referral opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing/CRM will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/ERP software and email communication.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
