TeamLease is seeking a Customer Experience Executive for a Retail setting located in Goregaon, Mumbai. The role serves as a bridge between mall management and customers, supervising Information Desk, Food Court, Car Parking, Security, House Keeping and Maintenance to ensure a consistently high standard of service.

You will design systems to enhance customer delight, manage vendor coordination, and ensure timely MIS and reporting.

Description: This position acts as an interface between the mall management and the internal & external customers. In charge & supervision of Information Desk, Food Court, Car Parking, Security, House Keeping, Maintenance etc.

Shall devise systems and procedures to ensure customers delight.
