Job summary

• Handle issues and respond to complaints/grievances.
• Conduct thorough mall rounds for upkeep.

• Handle promotional activities.
• Kitchen Audit and Retail Store Audit.
• Data management on footfall/vehicle counts.
• Oversee operations sections like Horticulture, Pest Control, RR, onboarding/attendance of agency staff.

• Thorough Mall round for cleaning ensuring the upkeep of mall.
• Loyalty enrolment registration along with GV and gifts trackers.
• Handling promotional activities.

• Data management with respect to footfall/vehicle counts etc.
• Oversee the working of other operations sections/activities like Horticulture/Pest Control/Food Sampling/RR/Agency staff onboarding/agency attendance.
