Job summary

Goodfit is seeking a CRM Executive in Mumbai to support retention strategy, manage CRM data, and drive sales-oriented process improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects, maintain up-to-date client records, and coordinate marketing communications.

Qualifications

• Highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Support the Senior CRM manager to define and develop the retention strategy, roadmap and budget that will achieve targets and KPIs.
• Ensuring that client information is most updated inCRM tools
• Lead regular status meetings and glean field input through regular connects
• Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques
• Proficient in Zoho and Excel prefered
• Work closely with operations and product managers to effectively prioritize projects to fit business needs
• Follow standardpractices, keeping data organized, readable, maintainable, and documented
• Remain current on new and updated information
• Manage the sending of the Quarterly connects and other marketinginvitations to client
• Bright and willingtolearn
