Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client handling (CRM Manager: 3-5 years).
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools/software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
