What You’ll Do

• Be thefirst point of contactfor inbound customer queries onMail, WhatsApp, and Calls.
• Providepost-sales support– order updates, delivery status, customization requests, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, design) toget real-time updates.
• Resolve concerns with empathy and ensurecustomers feel valued and cared for.
• Track conversations and maintain customer records for smooth handovers.
